Turin is a city of unique charm, a city that has an immense history that coincides with the history of our country. With our excursion you will have the opportunity to discover the city that for centuries has been the heart of the Kingdom of Savoy and the theater of National Unity. You will be able to admire the residences in which kings and nobles have stayed and to know the Mole Antonelliana, Piazza Castello and the Palazzo Reale, Palazzo Madama, Palazzo Carignano, the most important historical buildings of the city. You can also choose to visit beautiful religious buildings such as the Basilica of Superga, the Gran Madre, the Duomo, the Consolata, the Crocetta, which tell the story of Turin and represent testimonies of the work of great architects.
Turin preserves very precious treasures: ancient statues, paintings, weapons, jewels, tapestries, furnishings … At the Royal Library, for example, the sanguine self-portrait of Leonardo da Vinci is preserved, one of the most famous drawings in the world. The well-known “Collegio dei Nobili” is home to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities with a collection of over 5,000 artifacts, second only to that of Cairo in Egypt. The Egyptian museum is rich in history, statues, objects and finds that will make you experience the history of the extraordinary Egyptian civilization. Still not to be missed are the Gallery of Modern Art and the Castello di Rivoli.
