The Langhe territory stands out for its food and wine production, famous all over the world. The Langhe are an ancient center of viticulture and winemaking where are produced DOC and DOCG wines at the world’s top level of quality. These include Barolo, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco, Dolcetto d’Alba, Diano d’Alba, Dolcetto di Dogliani, Barbera d’Alba and Barbera d’Asti. Equally famous is the white truffle of Alba, a truffle with unique and exquisite organoleptic qualities are the DOP cheeses such as Robiola di Roccaverano.
